Once your account is activated and working properly, we do not offer refunds. This includes cases where you have accessed or used the IPTV service.


2. Issue Resolution and Account Replacement

If you experience any issues with your account, please contact our support team at help@strimiotv.com. We are committed to resolving all problems or replacing your account if necessary, at no extra cost.


3. Full Refund Eligibility

If your account never works or is never activated, you are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund in this case, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof that the account did not function.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a non-working account, please email us at help@strimiotv.com with your order details and a clear description of the issue. We will review your request and respond promptly.


5. No Refund for Service Misuse

Refunds will not be provided if the service is misused, including but not limited to:

  • Unauthorized account sharing

  • Use of VPNs or proxies

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
